"Team and doctor were amazing but the wait time (even with the reservation) was way too long ~ 2 hours. Doctor was very kind, thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic and sweet to my 8 month old baby. I just wished their appointment schedule wasn’t 10 minute appointment reservations as this creates false expectations for when one gets seen (due to over scheduling) and is a perfect burnout recipe for the doctors and teams involved."
"We were traveling and needed urgent treatment for one of our littles. Pediatrix was easy to schedule an appointment with and timely with getting us to our room. The provider we saw was thorough and gave clear directions if further treatment was required. They made my child comfortable and we felt very confident in the care we had received! We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation and were saved from an ER visit! Thank you for the wonderful care!"
"Very unsanitary, boogers, stains, food debris on the walls and floors. Floors had not been mopped in a very long time there was visible filth. When called back for our turn The staff had mediocre/poor bedside manner, very gruff and unfriendly to my 21 month old while taking his vitals. He didn't feel comfortable at all and this made the vitals process difficult. The cabinet under the sink in the patient room was not child locked. The dr. Was very nice and professional she deserves a better environment to work In. It is completely unacceptable to have children especially asthmatic toddlers like my son to be waiting in rooms filled with dust and dirt. Just completely disgusted with what I saw. And I am no clean freak, I get kids are messy but this was months if not more of dirt build up on the floors walls and trim."
