"I do not remember the year. But I went to Del Frisco restaurant with my girlfriend and the guy we unfortunately interacted with who works there was originally from Iran, he was angry he kept talking about politics then attacked me verbally. He kept talking about politics and religion very angrely very aggressively, like deranged and unhinged fanatic, he kept saying some extreme religious nonsense. He complained of bad relationship with his brother who owns Cyrus diagnostic imaging in lake mary Florida!. Needless to say, we did not enjoy our time there. This was so un professional. I think he mentioned also he works in the kitchen there sometimes and has heart problems!. This was completely horrendous experience. How do people get away with this is unfathomable."

"I see why this imaging have a very low rating. It is very unprofessional, talking to patients on the phone with a condescending tone. The manager refuse to help me with my insurance concerns and hung up the phone in my face. I felt discriminated against, because I have Medicaid as secondary. They Refuse to bill my primary and secondary insurance. Wanting to charge me directly for the procedure. Horrible! Obviously, one thing they care about and that is the money. I will NEVER attempt to book an appointment with this place again. And by the way, I wish I could give it a zero star, but I had to give it one star to post this review."

"I see why this place has 3.5 stars. It makes no sense how long you wait for service. It appears a certain class of people have to wait while others that came in after me are called to the back. Having to wait for 1 hour is insane. This has happened more than once. I won't be returning here."

"First time at this location and it was a waste of time. I was told i could bring my old imaging results if I wanted the dr to compare, and they were also going to try and request them in time for my appointment. I showed up without my previous images, and they wouldn't allow me to proceed. I explained how I was told it wasn't required and the lady at the front desk proceeded to tell me I was never told that even though she was not the one I spoke with. It's a small office so I decided to leave and call to speak to a leader about my experience as to not disrupt the patients waiting in the lobby. When I called back, the lady on the phone said there wasn't any leader in the office available to address my concerns. I hope this helps someone save time in the future by choosing somewhere else to go."

"Just left besides having to pay co pay that I didn't know about. Got in and out, so glad in my case the wait wasn't long. The reviews kindof scared me. So glad it worked out."
