"I have had a relationship with this office since 2016 and to this day I have to say despite the changing of some of the staff the staff at this office are the nastiest, uncaring and unprofessional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Before retiring to run my own business I run a medical office and I can tell you if I ever had a staff member talk to or treat a patient the way the staff in this office does they would be fired on the spot. They have passed misinformation on to me supposedly from my doctor, they lied about appointments and dates. Baptist has a policy that you are not considered a new patient if you have been in the office within three years but yet they refuse to let you see my doctor (Dawn Diaz) I have talked with Baptist about this office. I was told to write a formal letter which I will. It is my mission to make sure that this office is reported for the way it treats patients and investigated by Baptist and I will not stop until it is. The misinformation, lack of call back and response to referrals are a constant. When your health is at stake and your not feeling well this is the last thing you want to deal with at your doctors office. How this behavior goes unnoticed by the doctors in this office is also alarming."
