"Uncaring staff, unconcerned for your health and extremely unprofessional. Total brain cell count here is zero. No wonder they are in Walmart. They probably hire Walmart employees to do the tests. I would not waste your time with this company and if you are an employer think about what employees have to deal with and opt for another Lab facility for everything. This place doesn't deserve your money. EDITED: As I posted the above during the visit, they called me back but then they refused to administer the test, ok, whatever. The website doesn't tell you anything about times. My doctor failed to tell me as well as the pharmacy. But on my way out, wooooowww, because their door is hard to open for a person with medical issues, and sweaty palms from the anxiety of being in there, the older, possibly 85 year old white woman started yelling at me because the door hit the wall that had a door slam safety attached, so its obvious it happens often or they wouldn't have it to save the wall. I am a grown woman, no Walmart Quest employee or anyone else will behave that way towards me. So I cussed her out for yelling at me. 100% deserved. She told me to eff off after too and kept screaming for me to get out. I was already on my way out when she yelled, I paused to correct her non brain cell having self with the cuss out. I hope that this company fails given all the bad reviews at this location, its really a wonder they still exist. Going elsewhere to get my labs done, by REAL medical professions not some no one who cusses you out because their weighty and flighty door swings to hard."

"When you close at 4 but the little black fat girl tells you that they close at 4 and there are no walk ins right berore they close. Very unprofessional and rude. This is way no one returns respect. Worst customer service. Even the operator told me as long as you are there before 4. And there was no one waiting to make matters worse. Like Answer"

"Beyond rude! The check in iPad was broken, the tech, wearing earpods, came out and said “look if you don’t have an appointment you need to leave”. I thought walk-ins were ok, or at least “sorry we are over booked today, can’t fit you in” if they were indeed that busy. No one was there when I was there, so not sure what was happening that she was too busy to perform work at her place of work. Quest, employees like this don’t help your bottom line…"

"The lady working on Saturday October 2nd was amazing! I’m so sorry I didn’t grab her name but she was working alone. Walking in I was already on the verge of tears as my obgyn had told me to get in immediately for blood work as I am having some risks. She was so comforting and compassionate. You could see she genuinely cared! A lot of people are in healthcare for the money or title. She genuinely liked helping people and comforting. 10/10 recommend! 5 stars for her ❤️"

"Yulee Walmart location. Employee refused several walk in appointments even though the location phone number and the 1-800 phone number said walk-ins were allowed. When trying to make and appointment online, the app glitches and says “an unexpected error occurred” so you can’t make an appointment when you try. There was nobody waiting on the waiting room at 2:30, but still refused. Hold times on the 1-800 number to speak to someone was very long and I still wasn’t able to get someone on the line. I went to a nearby location last week and was seen as a walk in. I don’t understand why this location refuses patients and was extremely rude to multiple patients while I was there. The photo on the sign in kiosk directly contradicts the phone message."
