"I needed an updated referral for my child who has been seeing a specialist for over 2 years. They said I needed to have her seen first. When I requested an appointment I was told Dr. K was no longer there and they didn't know who was taking over her patients. After finally getting in with a nurse practitioner, she wasn't sure why they had me come in just for a new referral. Then days later I learned they had sent the referral to the wrong specialists. Dr. K had also told me to put Crisco on my child's eczema. She had no idea what Dupixent shots where (the reason for the referrals), despite the medication being out for years and numerous commercials and asked me to bring her information on it."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My two kids had appointments April 19th which was cancelled by staff 2 days before their appointment. They said the call center made an error putting in wrong time slots. We waited 2 months for the appt. Then they rescheduled it for May 25th on the phone and I got a text for May 9th. Today I got a call stating the appt for May 9th needs to be rescheduled because the pediatrician isn’t seeing new patients and a new provider will be in June and I would have to be put on a waiting list. Absolutely horrible customer service and they obviously have bad communication. We will be going somewhere else as my trust with scheduling is gone."

"So thankful for Dr. K! She is very patient and attentive to my kiddos. She takes her time to thoroughly evaluate and explain when necessary. She caught a potentially serious issue with my infant before it turned serious by being proactive and persistent. So thankful for her attention to detail and gentleness with my kiddos!"

"By far the worst pediatrician office I have been to. My son has had to go to the urgent care at the UF healthcare right under them because they don’t ever have appt to see him only if it’s two weeks or months out. I honestly think it’s ridiculous when a child has a really bad cold or rash to send them to urgent care, you should either find another pediatrician to assist or close. When the pediatrician went on vacation for a whole month they said he should go to a family doctor for his follow up…. We are leaving and going somewhere else where they actually care about there patients. Oh and another thing is they don’t EVER return your phone call."

"My babies saw Dr. Kiniriwala, and she was soooo amazing. We recently moved from the area and I hate that we had to, because she was such a kind and thorough doctor. She always listened to all of your concerns and gave great advice. The new pediatrician office my kids are going to are really horrible…Dr. Kinaeiwala sets the bar high for outstanding providers!"
