"Contacted the company requesting a service and was told he was taking a short vacation so we scheduled an appt for a week later. The day and time for the appt had came and went and he was a no call no show. I texted to see if he was coming and got a call a hour later saying he had a dental appt and would call when he was done. He never called. I reached back out and no reply. No communication and unprofessional. Waited a whole week for nothing. Could have taken my car somewhere else and had it fixed within that time. Thanks for wasting my time."
