"Had service completed on my 2018 Ford F350. During the process there was damage done to the front grill of my truck. My service advisor told me he was going to have to speak to his managers and review the camera footage to determine exactly what happened. That was three weeks ago. Still waiting on an answering and a determination whether or not they are going to repair my truck."

"I had a very great experience with service at auto nation with my 2013 F 150 my battery saver message kept coming on after I got a new battery. So the service advisor Cameron and Jon along with public relations advisor Angie tackled the problem and come to find out the new battery had a bad cell. They installed a new battery and all was back to normal. I had a great experience this time at this dealership. Great change in this team.,"

"AutoNation Ford Sanford is a pretty good dealership. Almost all of the employees I have dealt with have been positive experiences. I'd give them five stars if it were not for the issues I'm having with my Ford Explorer. Having spent a lot of money on the Timberline version, I shouldn't be experiencing the problems that I am with the infotainment system. Ford has a far inferior product compared to other vehicles would it comes to the infotainment system. Every time I bring it in for one issue another issue arises. In the blue screen backup camera issue has been a 2-year ongoing issue with Ford which is pretty disgusting. Go in and buy a Ford if you're into just buying a Ford but keep in mind I've seen nothing that Ford has to offer that is better than any other car maker. They could have a better infotainment system if they'd let a 5-year-old design it."

"Service center is an absolute JOKE. Purchased my mustang from here 4 months ago. Brought car back in cause I wheel stud was broken. They supposedly replaced everything 3 months later same wheel same side of the car a stud breaks again. I can never get anyone to answer the phone when I call. This will be there final chance to fix this issue the correct way. I was also told they did an oil change prior to me purchasing the car and that wasn’t done either."
