"Mr. Brown’s son shared my information with my son. Who I removed from my policy as beneficiary. He informed him that I was cashing my policy in after making my daughter in law my beneficiary. My son then called my brother whose wife called my granddaughter and told her what I did. Mr. Brown had no right to discuss the amount of my cashed in policy or who my beneficiaries were. I’m very disappointed with the service after dealing with Ed Brown for over fifteen years."

"I have been insured through this agency over 20 years and always recieve excellent, friendly service. Would recommend to everyone. BTW, rates are the best I can find anywhere for Auto, life and Homeowner's insurace- I have checked with many companies but they simply can't be beat."

"I have been with State Farm since I first owned a vehicle. I moved to Florida two years ago and decided to continue using State Farm because I had such a great experience with my agent back in Colorado. My experience here has been the exact opposite. Like most customers, I prefer to have my insurance payment withdrawn from my account so I do not have to hassle and call. In March, I had to change my card number for payment and since that time, I have had to call every month to ask them to change my card number so the payment is automatically withdrawn. The employees never seem to care, nor are apologetic that I have repeatedly have to call. The employee I spoke with today, Sarah, seemed to careless that I was going to look for another agent because of my unresolved issues. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed when I come across people that don't care about their job or the well-being of the company they work for. Mr. Brown should know about certain employees that do not want to keep loyal customers and have no customer service skills. Next month, I will probably have to call again and at that time, I will be changing agents."
