"Very friendly staff and accommodating to our toddler. Priscilla and the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us which was much appreciated. Clean rooms and nice pool. No room safes, only safety deposit box at front desk which is a little inconvenient but the front desk was also very accommodating with that as well. Great experience!"
"The staff here are the very best! The manager Priscilla is so wonderful and accommodating. And Fredrick is the glue that holds the place together! You can count on the entire team to take great care of you! AND THE TIKI BAR AT THE POOL IS SOOO AWESOME! Best drinks and the best bartenders!! Def worth it!!"
"The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and well manitained. What makes this Holiday Inn stand out is the amazing staff, especially Eddie at the pool bar who was hands out down the friendliest and most attentive bartender I have ever met (and yes, they have a pool bar). Lobby and pool area are very nicely appointed and well maintained, and the close proximity to fifth ave dining and shopping is a bonus. Overall, highly recommend this location."
"When we arrived at hotel the room air conditioner was not working we were moved to another room immediately. There was one down fall when we arrived at 2:00 pm the manager informed us that the restaurant was closed for the day few days went by and they had no cook during our 4 days stay. The restaurant was never opened or the bar. We hardly enjoyed the hotel or pool area due to the fact that there was no food for lunch or dinner. I believe they didn’t have a cook to work in the kitchen therefore food was not available. They did have breakfast. Front desk staff was extremely helpful."
"I'd never been to this hotel before, but I'd heard that it was nice! It surely was, too. The bed was too comfortable to resist, the baths were extremely hot and made me very happy, the pool area was beautiful, and the breakfast was yummy!"
