"Don't waste your time and make an appt. As they wont honor it, made an appt. For 930am, I showed up at. 920am and they telling me I got wait till 2pm because of walk-in, how hell does a walk-in customer come first compared to someone who made an appt.??? And it's just a 1hr job!! But I got wait 5hrs with an appt???"
"Absolutely horrible service. This company are absolutely scammers . I brought my truck in to have the ac fixed and stated from day 1 that me and my friend absolutely think it’s the ac evap and they denied it . Ended up replacing other parts that did not need to be replaced but went along with it because i thought I could trust the mechanic…. Silly of me. Long story short I had to bring my truck in 6 times for the same issue and have spent thousands of dollars and my ac still is not working . And on my last visit in they finally admitted it was the evap and are not willing to help me out even though I said that from day 1 and this could have been a one visit fix and way less money spent if they wouldn’t have been lazy and danced around the evap because it’s a hard labor intensive job."
"I was on the way to Miami when I realized on the expressway that i had a nail in my tire. Luckily this service shop was open and I didn’t have to wait too long to have the tire patched. Saved my life. I am very appreciated and I want to say thank you to Nate for his great customer service."
"Today I requested change oil and rotation tires for my Mercedes GL 550 2008 suv , after almost 3 hours they tell me that the service is ready, I ask if they made me the rotation of tires and they tell me not because a rear tire is low, That was the excuse for not doing the job since the rotation is free by political policy, if I as a customer I want to be rotated my tire , I hope they do it, on the other hand I check what oil they put and it was valvoline, it is defenitively. Better go directly to Valvoline where the service will be cheaper and much faster."
"I just had a very good experience, 180$ for a tire change. A little pricey but i only waited like 15mins and all of the staff were friendly, they even put the tire on the trunk. Thanks"
