The available oil changes did not include conventional, which, in my opinion, is very unprofessional. How can that be, maybe the pricing?"

"Brought my car in to do an oil change last time. Told them please don't tighten the oil filter super tight. Doing it at home now and even used my Ridgid Impact on it. Can't get it loose. Seriously?
