"I moved near the Metrowest area in 2022 and this is the closest auto repair center to us, which is one of the reasons I decided to give them a try when I needed some repairs. Since then, I've been to them 3 times and it's because I have been very satisfied with their quality in services and professional manner. They are my go-to when it comes to anything I need. I have had brakes(front/back) done and a battery replacement so far and for anything in the future, I will be returning to them. Thank you for always getting back on the road safely Tuffy! :-)"

"I came to this Tuffy location on Christmas Eve with a hole in my tire after hitting a pothole. They were able to get me in, assist me in taking my tire off (without a wheel key), and put on my spare at no charge. Andrew provided amazing customer service and was very nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend this location!"

"Call this morning and they took my information to get my tire plugged.. Send our driver to get the tire plugged and Worker there gets on the phone very rudely to let me know that I need an appointment. The conversation goes like this well ma’am we cannot take you right now. This is not how this works. We have a 1 o’clock appointment mind you is 8:26 AM. The parking lot is empty. Be aware where you take your vehicle and don’t let anyone talk to you in a harsh manner."

"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason. This company is very unprofessional. They recently was purchased by Mavis Tires, and that didn't make anything any better. You will never be greeted with a smile, neither any professionalism. They overcharge the customers. Even charge for a product but install a different product because they know you ain't be able to verify without going to another automotive shop. The manager will recommend products you don't need just to meet his quarterly sales while ignoring the problems you do need. They will sell you products that they don't even have in stock. When this happens, they will quickly start on your vehicle while waiting on the part. This is done so that you're not able to decline the sale due to them taking so long to finish your vehicle. They'll have you sitting there for hours while they wait for your part to be delivered to the store, which is no guarantee the part will be delivered when they say it will. This location is prejudiced towards black people. I used to work at this location and was fired for refusing to drain oil from a customers car while waiting for the oil filter to get there. The oil filter took over 2 hours to get delivered. I'm black, and the customer was an elderly black woman. When complaining to corporate, they used the 90-day probation period for new hire trick to validate the termination. Beware of this company. You've been warned.
