"TONY IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! First he tried adding things to hike my price to $1,200 when I told him what I ONLY needed. He said I needed a brake fluid flush but he didn’t even look at it. When I said that a 3rd party service shop ( Atomic Brake & Performance) had a better price he said, “If you’re shopping for prices you should’ve told me on the phone.” Well I did ask him for a quote on the phone but instead he asked me to come so he can take a look at it for a quote. I went to Atomic Brake & Performance and they charged me only $650 to replace ALL FOUR brake pads and TWO REAR brake rotors with warranty!"

"If I can, I try to make an appointment with Danny because he’s the only service rep who I feel is genuinely attentive and helpful. The other reps aren’t awful, it’s just not the same level of care. I have to ask a lot of questions in order to understand the recommendations they have for me to make an informed decision, and even then the answers seem to be more evasive than helpful. The visits that stand out as not great- One time a rep, in an effort to be friendly, made a series of odd compliments about my appearance. Another charged me for a tire rotation when it’s supposed to be complimentary. The bonuses of going to this dealership is that I get a car wash, I can wait and work on my laptop comfortably, and they mail coupons for continued service. However, you pay a premium to have your car serviced at the dealership, so it would be nice if I felt like I was always in good hands."

"Called this morning to ask if I could speak to someone in the Service center to help me with a question I had. The man I talked to instantly got a bad attitude as soon as i asked him to repeat what he had said. He progressively got more and more aggressive in his tone as i was trying to ask my question and explain my situation. I wasn’t arguing or trying to start one, however he just lost his complete cool and started yelling at me over the phone that he “didn’t have time to help me” and that i was “wasting his time”. his tone was so angry i’ve never had a grown man who works in customer service ever yell at me like that. He quickly told me that i was wasting his time and he hung up the phone before i could respond or say anything. I called back and they said because he didn’t tell me his name there’s nothing they will do about it. I will never come back to this Toyota and will never recommend it to anyone because I’m disgusted at a grown man thinking it’s ok to scream at a woman over the phone and get away with his actions. I also have no hope in Toyota ever dealing with this issue."

"They charge the usual expensive dealership rates. They asked to do a bunch of other maintenance, but they didn’t even fix the original problem I had taken the car in for. Also asked the person who was using the car for maintenance records. Some of it was just done a year or so ago and should be good for the remainder life of the vehicle. So they didn’t even look at the fluids, they just said it needs replacing. Looking at mechanic notes they also said what I brought it in for was bad, but put down “declined service”. What kind of place is this? When I picked up the car they said everything was fixed. They just do a bunch of other services and not what was asked. Stay far away from this place."
