"Five stars to nurse, the N.P. and imaging. Total time was better than merely acceptable. X-ray confirmed that a small piece of glass was stuck in the ball of my left foot. I fully expected a staff person to extract it through the visible laceration. But I was told, “we don’t do procedures like that”. So I was given a referral to a podiatrist of my choosing. Eight days later, I still have the small piece of glass in my foot, because I can’t find a podiatrist with an opening for weeks to make an appointment. I may have to go to an ER, have X-rays AGAIN, and pay a $125 ER co-pay."
