"The building was very clean and the staff at reception were nice. I'm leaving a low review due to the appointment summary notes left in the portal following my appointment. The notes go into detail about exams and observations that were never done during my visit. It also goes into a lot of detail involving conversations that were never had during my appointment. It's as if the appointment summary was about a different patient, but there are a few comments involving my visit that make me believe it was about my experience, but the professional added a lot of extra information to show she did more than she actually did."
