"Currently without any heat or AC going on a week. Sent a contractor out 5 days ago and found the issue but needs permission/approval from Progress to fix it. You would think this would take less than a day, right? Wrong. This weekend it dropped down to the 30’s and we had no heat. Progress does not care!! I called Friday and Monday. Both representatives told me they would reach out to the Tampa team and they will follow up with me. Crickets. I shouldn’t have to pay $2400 in rent for a house that has NO CENTRAL HEATING AND AIR pregnant with a 1 yr old. Please look elsewhere when finding a place to live."

"I'll be frank! Progress online and phone customer service needs a full revamp and better management. The reason why I'm giving it 5 stars is because Alicia from Tampa office and Misty HQ have been excellent in resolving my Septic case. They deserve our praise all day. They Both are understanding, communicated often and they made sure that everything was resolved. Thank you both!"
"We've been with Progress for about 4 years now and I really like them. If you have issues with payments or need help, they are more than happy to help. I have had to set up arrangements and they work so much with you if you just let them know of the situation. Any maintenance calls are answered quickly for me personally, I haven't had any issues with Progress in the years that I have rented from them. We have been in 2 houses of theirs and they are well priced and nice. Like I stated, they are helpful and always work with me on anything I need!"
