"5 stars but only because the gentleman Andrew, who assisted me with my PET/CT scan was PHENONMAL! He explained everything in detail, has wonderful bedside manner and made some great jokes throughout today. I was nervous going in because...you just don't know what to expect during your first visit. He is a great asset to your team ! I was a little disappointed that they had me scheduled at 12:30 today (after cancelling on me yesterday only 2 hours prior my apt) and when I showed up, the lady at the front desk immediately asked if we had our temps taken. We said no because no one was out there. She instructed us to go back outside of the lobby to get it taken. So we walked back out, only to find no one there. So, we once again walked into the lobby to tell her and she said "oh well she's on a lunch break then.. You'll have to wait outside"...... Listen, do NOT schedule people to come into your office when your temperature lady is taking a Lunch break. It's that simple. Other then that- my scans went great! So thanks to the scan team! ❤"
