"Showed up at 12:30 to try and get in before scheduled appt and signed in standby. My appt comes and goes (2pm). I ask about it and they said they’d look at it. Another 10 minutes goes by and I ask the same lady who tells me I don’t have an appt. Without trying to squeeze me in they say they’re booked up until close. I would avoid giving your money to people who think of you as just a number…"

"I was a little worried coming here due to all the one star reviews but I actually had a really positive experience. For both appts I had booked them online and checked in on my phone when I got there. The first time I waited 30 minutes and the second time only 10 minutes. The two doctors I saw were super kind and helpful. When I had my blood drawn I told the doctor I was a little anxious so she talked to me the whole time which really helped me out :’) I got an email 12 hours later that my test results were in. Overall this was a good experience for something that can be scary/ anxiety inducing"

"Well, well has anyone else been having bloodwork at any Quest, receive an EOB from your health ins only to have them send you onto Collections!?! Well my EOB confirmed coverage for all but 1 stinking test that I'm not even sure was chosen by my PCP, n9ne the less it reflects my being responsible for $194. and some measly change. I began calling to inquire, and asked my doctor's office about it, which caused quite a stir of confusion as well. When trying to reach ANYONE AT QUESTS NIMBERS, NOBODY EVER ANSWERED OR JUST TRANSFERRED OVER TO ANOTHER EITHER PERSON OR DEPT ALTOGETHER! So I'd had HAD MORE THAN enough of this,( mind you before being sent out to Collections). I kept trying to figure out what that test was as NOBODY else knew esp myself and didn't need it or its results whatsoever, I'd also tried getting a hold of their financial assistance department to no avail again and again, over and over constantly! So I started mailing in copies of my EOB which showed all that I owed because their invoices showed my having to pay over $3,400. something dollars! He'll No, my health ins covered everything but that 1 stupid, not even needed or selected bloodwork testing! Now I'm sent to Collections when I'm making my last $25.00 a month check payments sometime in the middle of Aug & Always with FOLLOW-UP, and repeated convos with my ins but nothing mattered, not until a little over 2 months ago,( service was on Jan 31st, 2023!) When finally I demanded someone else like an advocate get involved here & now. This ended up reviewing my bloodwork paperwork to where now ME and my PCP's staff ARE being told that all of the provided coding is WRONG AND THEY MUST RE-SUBMIT THIS PAPERWORK AS IF STARTING LIKE IT'S A NEW REQUEST! HOW DARE THEY SUGGEST NOW THAT OUR END HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG OR IN ERROR! I'M DISGUSTED AND TAKING THIS UP WITH THE CONSUMERS BEAUREA, THEY have an acronym I'm forgetting right now. There's going to be some H E L L to pay for everything they have put us through. My doctor didn't even know until I said it 2 months ago about being sent off to Collections and unable to even speak with anyone at quest anymore now since they have the case!"

"If I could give this review with pressing a star I would. The absolute worst service I have ever seen. 4 appointments that i had to wait more than an hour for, 2 of which I had to walk out due to other appointments and still never got my blood drawn due to them not having orders apparently and wrong info on co-payments. Very rude and disorganized staff including the so called manager. If your short on staff which she claimed, do not over book appointments and don't allow walk in to sit in your lobby from 10 am to 3 pm just to tell them sorry we can't see you. So many people sat in the lobby all day just to be turned away, even an 80+ year old man. Although this is the only in network for me to go, I will pay out of network because frankly this place is so bad I would not trust them with my blood work let alone putting a needle in my arm! The place needs new management immediately!"
