"More than disappointing. Only interested in money but not in the patient. I'm now pregnant in week 22 and I never saw a doctor in this office. The appointments I had never lasted longer than 15 minutes - bloodpressure was taken and asked if I have questions. But everytime it got billed with a doctor's name on it. Services like detailed ultrasounds are outsourced to Johns Hopkins. When I called and asked if I can skip/reschedule one of my appointments, since I saw a day earlier the doctor at Johns Hopkins, I got yelled at and threatened that I would have a high risk pregnancy (nobody in this office ever told me this before) and my baby could die - so basically the lowest thread they could find. No doctors office should treat patients like this! And since I'm paying for every single service - even if I never received it - they should show more professionalism!"

"I am extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism from the phone call to make the appointment, the appointment, and the check out. Staff and physicians are amazing. The care is amazing, cannot say enough. Highly recommended this practice to all."

"I have been to the office 4 times now; I only keep going because it’s the only place that my insurance takes, otherwise I would have transferred my care. Appointments are always rushed, they walk in and out on you, you don’t feel comfortable asking questions because you feel they need to leave. Also they never answer the phones, oh and if you want your notes from your visit printed, they will charge you. The assistants and front office ladies are very nice though."

"Why can't anyone ever answer the phone? I can't spend five hours waiting for someone to answer to cancel or reschedule an appointment.. I like doctor LeMay but the way the office is handled is a joke. How do you conduct business if you don't answer the phone ever? I literally spent an hour waiting and nobody ever answered. Wondering how all of these other good reviews get in touch with you If they have to change an appointment. I left a message today that I can't make my april fourteenth appointment. I'm noting this on record in case you guys try to bill me for missing the appointment That I couldn't cancel because your practice doesn't believe in answering the phone."

"Dr. Hansill is so caring, reassuring, and kind. I went through a traumatic time with the birth and loss of my baby and in his care I felt extremely safe, comforted, informed, and reassured. I can’t explain how much his kindness and compassion has meant to me during this time. Even before this time every doctor and nurses at west coast has been so amazing. Would highly recommend going here if you want exceptional care."
