"I waited about 2 months to see Dr Sundberg for my neck pain. They called me two days before my appointment to tell me I had to have images and xrays before the Dr would see me. So I had to make an appt with his PA so they could schedule me for the images and xrays. That will be another month, then it will be another month before I can see the Dr. Very poor communication in that company. Why wouldn't they tell me this when they scheduled my appt? Make sure you ask all the questions when scheduling with Coastal Orthopedics."

"I cannot believe what Coastal Ortho did. I have been a patient for 8 years. Today I was informed the pain mgt. dept is shutting down and Dr Constant is leaving. I was given no further info other than a printed paper with names of pain clinics, as in “Pick One” good bye. Other patients I have spoken to have been given the same info. Florida law specifically prohibits this. Section 456.057(2) Florida Statutes. No one seems to know who is responsible. In the mean time, myself and others are out of immediate medical options for long term care."

"The workers treated me great, and so did the doctor. Everything went well I could not have asked for better treatment. Cat r Was very helpful. Mariah also does a really great job of friendliness and knowledge of her job."

"I had a total wait time of 4 minutes before Sarah (who’s so friendly and comforting, by the way) escorted me to the exam room. Madison (a PA in training) came in with Melinda (who I prefer to see EVERY time!), and examined my very painful knee. I was there for an injection but Melinda found fluid on my knee and Madison removed it (yes, I was VERY apprehensive, but she made it painless). I got the injection, too, and am hoping for good results. Every single person, from the sweet lady at a the front desk, to Sarah, Madison, Melinda (SHE’S A ROCKSTAR!), and Erin P who checked me out and made the next appointments was on the ball. My appointment was at 9 a.m., and I walked out the doors at 9:34. That’s unheard of! And I certainly appreciate the professionalism and compassion everyone shows me."

"I want to comment on Jen at the front desk. She helped me with compassion and understanding to make an appointment to see the doctor. While I am in considerable pain from a back issue, she was understanding and helpful. Quality customer service is so rarely found in today’s world. Jen deserves a big raise as far as I’m concerned. Thank you sincerely."
