"Our lucky day! We searched for an Apex Skimboard store, accidently showed up at the closed factory/warehouse. The owner (James) was working on a Saturday afternoon, opened the doors, gave our boys a tour of production. Kids got to choose their perfect boards. An experience they will never forget!"

He went above and beyond to come up with a solution to achieving a resolution to our situation! I am pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service that he brought to the table and I can assure you that I will be only purchasing this type of board from now on! He actually answered the phone (no computer), listened to my woes, talked me through some fixes and then gave me his email to send him some documentation! He followed back up a couple of days later and advised me of the resolution that he had come up with!
