Due to the talented instructors, the 60 minute Zumba Classes fly by I recently tried 2 other classes that I enjoyed as well. This gym has something for everyone. "I go to this Gym several times per week, James and the rest of his staff are very friendly and helpful. The environment and atmosphere is inviting and encouraging. My Zumba classes and teachers are the best, they make my day . Love the the beautiful music and dancing that I could relate to. Then I could go on the main floor and choose from the hundreds of exercise equipments for strength training and aerobics. Love the location, close to home and shopping."
