They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. They have me doing low impact exercises in a pool . This was something new, hadn't done it before. My hips are finally starting to feel a bit better! Still working on the rest , but I feel, compared to other places, what they are having me do, is exactly what my body needs.
