"DR. CAVE IS THE BEST PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN I'VE EVER HAD, HE WAS MY DR. FOR 17 YEARS ..UNFORTUNATELY HE GIVES ALY ( HIS HEALPER) WHO IS NOT A R.N OR EVEN QUALIFIED WAY TO MUCH POWER. SHE IS THE ONE WHO TAKES YOUR WIEGHT & BLOOD PRESSURE WHEN YOU WAIT TO BE SEEN BY DR. CAVE. AFTER BEING A PATIENT FOR 17 YEARS ALY OUTRIGHT TOLD A LIE & SAID I TOOK ANOTHERS MEDS. I TOOK A DRUG URINALYSIS AT HER REQUEST ALING WITH MY 85 YEAR OLD FATHER AT THE SAME TIME AND YOU'LL NEVER GUESS ...MY DRUG SCREEN CAME BACK WITH HIS MEDS. EVEN THOUGH WWE KNOW THAT THE TEST WASN'T RIGHT RIGHT BECAUSE I IMEDETITLY WENT & TOOK A DRUG SCREEN AND IT CAME BACK WITH EXCALLY WHAT I WAS SUPOSE TO HAVE. SO I AM OUT 150 DOLLRS & DR CAVE CAN NO LINGER BE MY DR. BE CAREFUL YOU DON'T GET ON ALYS BAD SIDE !! BECAUSE AFTER 17 ALMOST 18 YEARS YOU WON'T HAVE THE BEST DR. IN NORTH WEST FLORIDA !! SHE DOESN'T CARE FOR YOU & SHE'LL FIND A WAY TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE A DR. & MOST DISAPPOINTING IS DR. CAVE HOLD HER IN HIGH ESTEEM..EVEN OVER HIS HONEST & LOYAL PATIENTS. PLUS GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MEDS. SENT TO YOUR PHARMACY WHEN THERE DUE. IT'S COMON KNOWLEDGE AMONG MANY PHARMACY THAT ALY DOESN'T EVEN GET YOUR MEDS SENT ON TIME.. MANY ,MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THAT, BUT WITHOUT AKY DR CAVE IS THE ALBOUTLY THE BEST PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN IN ALL OF NORTH WEST FLORIDA."

"Have been going to Dr Cave for 20 years but after the experience with the miserable women that work the front window, I may not go back. Ever since White Wilson bought out Dr Cave the women upfront outside of one or two over the years are some of the most miserable people I’ve ever met working upfront in a physicians office. White Wilson obviously hired them from the VA after they fired them for being miserable and unfriendly. My son and his wife Have had nothing but bad experiences and being treated rudely by the women upfront also. I would find it hard to believe if I was the only one that has ever complained about this, I can be talking to people while I walk my dog that bring this up. It was a sad day when White Wilson took over Dr Cave’s practice."

"Way too expensive for self-pay, and gave unreasonable need to see doctor for (I felt) a way to make more money. I did like the care of Dr. Cave, but in the end left due to expenses. I'm editing the his now since originally posting this review a year ago. After a response was received, I attempted to contact managerial staff to no avail. I have constant, repetitive issues with the office. Now they were closed for two weeks at Christmastime with no physician on duty to take care of problems. I am in need of a refill of my antidepressant, which was not done when I saw a medical staff technician nearly a month ago. Not only was the answering services unknowledgeable, they were rude and not helpful. I was advised to contact the next closest White Wilson to me, which was in fort Walton Beach. Fortunately, I decided to call their Immediate Care (which apparently the answering service had no idea that I could do), and Immediate Care was extremely helpful and solved my issue. I will be finding another doctor."

"I am currently seeing Jennifer and I absolutely love her. She is so intelligent and on top of everything when it comes to healthcare and medicines. I think it really helps that she was a pharmacist before becoming an NP. I would highly recommend her to be your care provider. I have not seen Dr Cave, but I have heard some really good things about him as well. The entire staff at the White Wilson in Navarre are very friendly and accommodating and always very helpful."

"Dr Cave and his staff give excellent care. They make time to answer questions, you never feel rushed, unwelcome or dismissed as you do in so many other physicians office. You are heard and feel valididated. I would and have suggested this facility to anyone that needs an excellent doctor and experience."
