"I cannot stated it enough, signage would be a plus.... SIGNAGE would be a PLUS!! Beautiful complex, I am sure you all prefer not to litter place with signage. However, I tried three different doors before finally finding one remotely close to where I needed to be. Also, how cruel & totally rude... not forgetting inconsiderate with your designing of this hospital, putting more foods, coffee shops, bread pastry place right off lobby of same day sugery area. Ok people, you tell patients do not eat and drink then you put it in their faces. Also nursing staff, regaurdless of position should not be eating, drinking, and talking about such... in the presence of patient. Futhermore, I have complained for years about privacy... my hat off to the new style of prep and post op... areas... it now appears BMC cares about privacy."

"The worse run business I have ever had to deal with. Do not get sick in Florida. Example. New hospital has elevators that they must pay staff to tell people how they work. Any business biggest cost is personal and to pay three to five people to stand around and tell people how to use an elevator is the worse business decision they could make I know this seems like a small thing but it's an example of why health care cost are causing people to die."

"I went in recently, and was greeted by some super nice staff, taken back and seen ASAP , got an Xray, Diag with Pneumonia, given some info and scripts , and taken care of ... Everybody from front desk , to nurse that takes vitals, to gal that gave me the Xray , are Top notch .. I could pay then, or be billed, I chose to pay, ( which is estimated due to insurance ) , but I trust that also , last year I got a check from them were it was over paid ( we ae talking $100 bill , not $1,000's ) White Wilson has good staff , but screwed up billing, and they wont send you a check, you have to go fight to get money back"

"Very clean, all of the staff friendly and helpful. Took my 84 y.o. father there after a fall. Excellent service. We were in and out in about three hours all patched up with meds in the time we would have still been waiting in FWB. Love having this facility nearby."

"My 4 year old fell and hurt her chin while we were on vacation in Navarre. We went to this walk in clinic hoping they could treat her. They worked her in even though their schedule was very full that day. Dr Blanchard and nurse Mallory were excellent with my daughter! I am a pediatric nurse, so I was a little nervous taking her somewhere I wasn't familiar with but we were very pleased with our care"
