"The nurses and general staff are great, but when I've been seen by Dr. Rudman he has always rushed and ignored my concerns and symptoms. I didn't think too much of it at first. I just trusted his lack of concern because he's the doctor. Oddly when I had appointments with a nurse there, she seemed more concerned and trying than the doctor. Then when I got a second opinion and received a proper diagnosis I realized I was right about Dr Rudman and that he was just rushing me out as soon as he saw me. I don't know why he treats me like that, but I don't feel comfortable going here anymore."

"Nurses and staff were polite. William Kimbrell ARNP was great. Came in for new patient exam. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and kind as well as taking the time to listen to my issues."

"I have had good experience with Dr. Rudman and his staff is excellent. Due to covid19 I have put off non emergency medical issues. I have had horrible wrist and hand issues and was given an appointment with the physician assistant/ nurse practitioner. He walked in with his mask on his chin. When I asked him to cover his nose too, he took the mask off to adjust and it just fell again below his nose and he made no effort to fix it.(we were only about 3 to 4 ft away from each other) I just wanted out at that point. Very irresponsible and putting your patients at risk. After this experience I will not be back. If you are trying to take precautions during this time, be cautious coming here. From the questions I had over the phone to the nurses and staff to the first impression of the doctor I was impressed. I felt like I was being treated like a person and not a number or a check to be cashed. My husband came with me to meet the doctor for the first time. We both felt like he really listened to my issue and actually cared. He also made a point to remember my name and explain in depth what was going on with me and made me feel less stressed and safe in his care. My husband liked him so much that he set an appointment with him too. We never have had a doctor that was so down to earth and kind."

"I was staying in a vacation home on Navarre Beach and my 11 year old daughter, with chronic ear problems, was in terrible ear pain. I called the office number as I pulled into the parking lot to see if they took walk-ins. When I googled Urgent Cares in the area, Holley Navarre had the best reviews but when I pulled up, I knew it wasn’t an urgent care. I told them about my daughter’s pain, her history, and what insurance we had. They told us to come in. The front desk was so nice and helpful, they got us in and out in about an hour. The Dr was so helpful and sweet to my daughter. We left with a Rx for ear drops and antibiotics for a middle ear infection. I would recommend Holley Navarre to anyone regardless of being on vacation or not."
