"Waited 3 hours to see the doctor in an over crowded office. I only stayed because I was leaving the country and wanted to know my test results before I left. Some patients had to sit in the corridor outside. Very bad scheduling. First appointment I waited over an hour and was told the doctor was still not there. I left."

"Well I HATE going to his office. There is always at least a 3 hour wait. Why are they scheduling 6 people with the same appointment time???? I know this because I have talked to the people out in the waiting room ( lobby). Oh and he only spends 5 minutes with you when you do end up seeing him . I have been going there for 30 years I tried going to others but I have a long medical history. You have to go through all of it again and again if you change. I really would like to know why they don't know how to run an office. People it is just a schedule that needs fixing. Oh and I was going to be a few minutes late for a appointment due to being at another doctors appointment and they made me reschedule REALLY!! I am going to have to wait for a few hours anyway . UNBELIEVABLE. I need to find another Dr."

"The doctor is good but every follow up visit is a 3-4 hour wait to see the doctor who spends 5 minutes with you. The waiting room is full. They overbook and don’t respect your time. I won’t be back"

"The office staff were really nice and Dr. Klin is fine. I had my 1st appointment in October and waited over 2 hours. The receptionist told me when I was checking out it was because someone (I believe she said a NP) had quit unexpectedly and they were shorthanded. I work in an office and I've been in that spot. However, I went back for my follow up yesterday and not only was the office packed, there were 2 people sitting outside the office. My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn't get called back until almost 5. One person had been there since 3 and another's appointment was at 2:30 and they didn't get called back until about 15-20 minutes before I did. Speaking with other patients, this is a common occurrence. In the event I need to see a gastroenterologist in the future, I will go somewhere else."
