"Both my wife and I have had surgery at Bay. All 3 time we were treated like we were the only ones there. I went to the other hospital one time, never again! They were rude and acted like I was bothering them."

I Only Raised My Eyebrow Concerning One Nice Who Seemed To Rather Pass off What I Asked Her To Do To Someone Else...Other Then That, I Would Recommend Bay Medical To Anyone..."

"Slow staff. Rude staff. Preop staff are ok. Discharge took 2.5 hours. Had to request pain control 4 times minimum before they responded. Not a good hospital. Blatant disregard. Bordering on intentionally ignoring me. I do not recommend this hospital for anything. Go to Gulf Coast Medical Center."

"No patient should lay in filth. I just had to change my husbands bedding and give a bath because the staff here is too lazy to do so. Dumping pain medication on a patient is not cool. My husband never asked for it. And last but not least Cassie on the 4th floor, I hope if your loved ones ever get sick or need emergency surgery like my husband did the nurses dont leave the room and say they will be right back like you did my husband! He had his call light on all night and wasn lt answered. Smh. He has been treated terrible by the nurses here. The doctors were excellent! Too bad we cant say the same for the nurses and cna's. And yes my husband is still here!"

"Here with a family member getting testing. First, this place is SPOTLESS! Not a touch of a " hospital" smell. We have been here over 3 hours and they have yet to start the testing. Computer issues. Not our circus not our monkies. People have lives."
