"There is a reason I and most of the people I know don’t use Life Managment !! Dr Lewis you are one horrible human being !! You bullied me and asked me ???? About my Dr why didn’t she add this ? Why did she recommend this ?? Maybe instead of being 39 minutes late for work you should show up and do your job of finding out from referring physician for their opinion this would of been the 3 rd hour you ever spent talking with me ! You refused to do what my Dr referred and thought I was a candidate for ect yes let’s try such horrible measures before we would have tried the Sprata treatment my real Dr sent me for !! I left life management filing a jobo grievance ! Have heard nothing !! DONT LET YOUR LOVED ONES LEAVE THERE AND HURT THEMSELVES OR OTHERS BECAUSE THEY WERE SO UPSET AFTER Dr Lewis BULLied YOUR OWN LIFE !! DR Lewis just becuase you’re a male don’t make you a man and just because you went to school you are no therapist !! Probably why after those two visits in what 2021 I didn’t choose to see a rude bully like you !! Please do the world a favor and retire we realize why you are where you are can’t get a job elsewhere ! I love my counselor and also my Dr with Florida Therapy they are amazing they listen to their patients !! Please if you are your family need help please do not go to life management your life is in danger there !! I only went because they are who offers the Sprata therapy but you can’t get it off your physician referral you have to try to play games with Dr Lewis !! I won’t ever be back !! I will travel to get my treatments Dr Lewis life management isn’t the only place to get it sad that after life hands you lemons Dr Lewis will hand you a loaded gun and would love to watch you pull the trigger !! Truly worst Dr I have ever ever seen !! Even two days prior I seen a Arnp and she said I was perfect candidate and we talked about my transportation and airbus’s help to get to Dr Lewis and get treated so bad I was in shock for two days !!"

"I was about seventeen when I started coming here, and I stopped going when I was twenty-five and had a second opinion. The doctors at Life Management told me I had numerous diagnoses, and they had me on Lithium, Prozac, and Vraylar for years. None of these medicines helped me, and I learned that when I got a second opinion from my new therapist, who informed me that I am Autistic. Not a single soul at Life Management told me about this, and because of that, I never knew the signs or if I had it until I was twenty-five. And because I was taking Lithium for so long, I have thyroid problems. Dr. Lewis was my doctor there, and I will never recommend him or Life Management for these reasons. I was just a paycheck to them. Don’t let it happen to you."
