"All of the staff members were welcoming & friendly. They all did their best to accommodate me with my "electric blue walker." Kathara was amazing! She is the best phlebotomist that I have ever had! Kathara was patient & gentle. In the past, some phlebotomists have had trouble drawing my blood. This was certainly not the case with her. I highly recommend this medical lab to anyone in need of laboratory services."
"They don't accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, unlike every other lab and doctor in this town. They must make their money off of the government insurances. Not mad at them, mad at the system. If the government is going to make us carry insurance, then it should be mandated that all providers and services take all insurances."
"I just have to say CeCe was absolutely amazing during my blood draw. Im one that usually faints or almost faint during a blood draw and she told me nope that’s not gonna happen today . I hardly felt anything and I did not faint. Thank you so much Cece for your patience and for being so kind!"
"Took time off work to go with my daughter to get blood work for my 5yr old granddaughter(first time ever), only to find out only one person allowed back with her. When I told them they should have that on the information page and maybe posted in the office, only to be told by the rude office lady, that maybe next time I should call first instead. I have no plans to ever go back..."
"Had a great experience here. Didn't need an appointment. They opened right on time. The front desk was a little bit irritable (maybe lack of sleep). Best thing was it only took a few minutes to call me back. The main part I liked is my vampire had a great sense of humor. She took half of my blood and said your done. And I was done in 15 minutes. Great work ladies."
