"5 weeks of calling to get an appointment. Many many unreturned calls. 4 referral faxed and now I need to wait 8 weeks to see a doctor. This office is completely broken and the patient is the loser."

"1star is to much. On a recent visit nurse Angie was rude and disrespectful. I will never recommend them to anyone. I requested a call from Dr. Campbell on 7/16, 7/17 and 7/18, no return phone call. I am not sure his nurse even takes your message. She is extremely rude, do not go to this office"

"When I initially scheduled my appointment, I was told the practice accepts Florida Blue - long story short, they are not actually in network, but have some sort of arrangement w/ BCBS where they bill out some portion of the bill beyond the co-pay to the patient. Do your own due diligence and don't put your trust in the office staff of health care providers. No comment on the competency of the doctor that I saw."

"I was in search of a neurologist in Naples and lucky enough to come upon Collier Neurologic Specialists. I called the office and had the pleasure of speaking with Corinne Rossbach, RMA. Corinne is the medical assistant for Dr. Pedro Garciarenna. Corinne is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She navigated me very nicely through my appointment, and eased my mind with all my questions and concerns. Corinne truly loves her career and is very good at it. I am very grateful to her. I am a family nurse practitioner, and know good medical care. Corinne is an excellent communicator, caring & compassionate medical professional. She made my visit to the neurologist, a comforting experience. In addition, I highly recommend Dr Pedro Garciarena. He has an excellent bedside manner, professional and is very caring. "BEWARE:: showed up to my apt. on time for Dr. Mercer. Filled out new hire PPWK 6 min later. 5 min after my apt. time, a Rude nurse came out and said because I was not 30 min prior to the apt. the Dr. will not see me. Note: Never was this covered and it looks like the Dr. was running behind that day, having other apts. prior to mine waiting as well. They offered a week later for a new apt. with the same bad Dr. Problem is I had a terrible MRI finding and was given the run around by this place many times trying to get an apt. I held off on going to the ER due to just waiting it out for the apt. They would not reason and said I would not be seen. Never in my life I have heard of someone being on time for an apt. but being told they have to leave, and the apt. would not be honored."
