"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I visited Radiology Regional earlier this year a one time for an x-ray. They billed me shortly after, which I promptly paid. Then I received another bill which appeared to be a duplicate so I disregarded figuring they had not posted my payment yet. After receiving a third bill, I called to figure out the issue and they said they made an error in billing and that I now owed more money, so I paid it. I recently pulled my credit report and found out they turned me over to collections and it is still showing that I have not paid this bill on my credit report!!!!! The worst part is that four months after they damaged my credit score it turned out they overcharged me and THEY ACTUALLY OWED ME MONEY and had to issue me a credit back!!!! They refuse to take this off my credit report and I can't even get them to call me back!! All of this headache was over $33 measly dollars that I didn't even owe!! When I spoke to the billing specialist she had the nerve to tell me that this is what I get for not paying my bills on time!!! Their billing department IS A MESS and they are absolutely ruthless!!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Additional note: After writing this original review above, they have again issued me yet another credit, which I just received a check back today (this is the second time I received money back from their over billing me) yet they are still reporting that I owe them money on my credit report. These people are ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!! I have yet to receive a single phone call back to let me know they will fix this. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!"

"Customer Service #FAIL My physician wrote a specific order for Radiology Regional to share the results of an X-RAY with me. It is now five days later and they still have not shared results with me or my physician. I called and spoke with their medical records department representatives 'Katherine' and then her supervisor 'Bill'. Both individuals were highly uncooperative and condescending and refused to share the results with me for 5 'business' days and their justification was that "the state law allows them to withhold results / medical records from patients for 20 business days" and they can't grant an exception to their 5-day policy even with a doctor's written order. Radiology Regional should inform consumers of this ridiculous policy prior to performing the procedure. How can patients have an informed discussion with their physician if they cannot review the report / results within a reasonable time-frame and in advance of an appointment? In an age where patient / consumers are empowered with information about their health and diagnostics are routinely shared digitally and immediately with consumers via apps - it is apparent that Radiology Regional is stuck in the past and unwilling to move into the age of EMR and serve their customers needs. The doctor and I were their customer and needed that information in order to have an informed discussion. Radiology Regional failed to deliver the results to me and to my physician in a timely manner. According to their website Radiology Regional Center's mission is to "... serve the health care needs of the community with a constant striving for the highest quality care". Radiology Regional Center failed to deliver on this promise. I will say that the staff at the Naples facility were warm and friendly, especially the technician Jenny and the receptionist who's name I cannot remember. They both were excellent. Unfortunately their medical records policies are stiff and antiquated and the representatives of that department are miserable bureaucrats. I am very disappointed with Radiology Regional and will not recommend this provider to any of my family, friends and colleagues."

"Staff won't answer questions, appointment got mysteriously rebooked for a different doctor. Check-in is a nightmare in the Naples office, on a touch screen--like an airport, full of bureaucracy and tons of paper work but they can't do the most basic thing right. Will choose a different place next time."
