"Appointment scheduled for 12:15. I finally went to check why at 1:00 I was stil waiting to be seen when the waiting room had only one other person waiting. I was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. I noticed food delivery people dropping off food. They obviously were at lunch and making people wait. They should not schedule appointments during employee lunch times."
