"Totally unacceptable wait times….I waited almost 2 hours past my MRI appointment time (disrobed in a gown) along with 4 other patients in a waiting room. Our time is valuable too…please respect your customers. I see that others had to wait endlessly for MRIs also….so it must be a common occurrence."

"I was scheduled for my mri today at the veterans office at 8am per confirmation and calling. She said your appointment was scheduled at goodlette at 8. I showed her the text and she called her manager and they were able to get me a later appointment at a different office 4 hours later. I live an hour away and she said that’s the best that I can do if you’re not happy you can call the scheduling yourself and refused to help me. The girl at the counter in the 3rd stall was rude and had a god complex (Spanish, long curly hair). She knows that I need the appointment and felt that she could speak rudely to me because she has control of the appointment. I asked if there was anything earlier because I had to pick my kids up and I was an hour away. She then elected not to give me the 1130 appointment and told me you can call yourself if your not happy. Handed me the scheduling card. She then demanded an apology from me for an error that I didn’t do. Radiology regional made the error not me. Why should I apologize. It’s a shame that people don’t want to work anymore and are allowed to talk to people how ever they want. This girl should be fired for speaking to people the way she did. In addition, to all of this she was very loud drawing attention and embarrassing me. She should be taught how to be empathetic and at least say she is sorry for the error. She then said I refuse to help you now, you can figure it out an call yourself. She said maybe my colleague in the next stall can help you, but I am not. I am done with you. The girl in the next stall to her was very kind and apologized to me and scheduled my appointment. All she had to do was apologize and be sincere, please remember that you don’t know what someone in their life is dealing with. When appointments are made people change/plan their day around to go to an appointment.They have to get kids to school, if they work they have to adjust their schedule, some need rides to get place to place."

"They are great people, very professional and kind. Under the stress of the circumstances, it was a blessing to have the images performed in this center. They also were fast, with no waiting time. Also, quick results, and they explained to me. Overall time spent there approx 1 hour. Highly recommended"

"The place is clean staff is very friendly and the service is fast. However I did not read the fine print before submitting the review. According to the fine print the company that does the review for radiology, has the right to share this information with third parties or anyone they like, which means to me I will be receiving a lot of junk mail. Perhaps it is better simply do not participate in any reviews in the future."

"I really line this place. You first have to call for an appointment. The day of the appointment the registration is quick and any service you may need are fast and their staff are wonderful"
