"Exceptional service and quality. Superb wine prices. Chateaubriand for two was a healthy portion and cooked to perfection. The mushrooms were incredibly delicious. The French onion soup is out of this world flavorful. The two waiters were extremely attentive and polite. So happy to have a five star experience."

"WOW, what an amazing night out for dinner. It was our 27th anniversary and we wanted something special and Seagar's and their staff did not disappoint. We were first met at valet by Patrick who was super friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. Our server Paul had awesome suggestions and has been there 17 years. Paul suggested an off the menu Lobster beignets and it was amazing. We had the Steak Diane, which is cooked table side, which Paul cooked it perfectly, side not: only order it if you like your steak in a sauce. The presentation was awesome. Paul was assisted by Scott who was always right there for us as well."

"Cool staff, awesome drinks but the chef was not so great. Nice menu, bad execution multiple times during our visit. Wife took me here for my birthday. They offer a private room for free which is nice. However, this is a HIGH END restaurant and the food was just not what it should be. Go for the drinks, eat elsewhere. Check my history, I have eaten everywhere. How do you offer table side dover fish but it's not prepared tableside? We had to ask the young man...can you come closer? No flavor and dry. My steak was the incorrect temp, had to send that $70 steak back. Just odd for a place this expensive and with "25 Years" of history."

We had an intimate table near the kitchen and got to witness the culinary expertise coming in and out of the back of house. "Thanks to the manager for accommodating us at last minute. To start with, ambiance of this place was good for candle light dinners. Our server Justin was really nice and he paid attention to our requests. My only disappointment was that food wasn’t worth the price. They were out of wagyu steak so we had lamb chops and Rôtisseur’s Special. It was average taste for food which we would have gotten at any regular steakhouse. I was expecting at least more than average tasting food or best tasting food for fine dining places like this."
