"First time Ive ever been to a Marcos, after friends telling me I need to check them out and that they are the best. I ordered a meatball pizza and it had the wrong topping on it. Cashier told me "they don't have a way to ring in a meatball pizza" although my friend tells me that's what he orders every time. I think because it was late they were trying to get me out of the door. It's a shame I wanted to start going here for pizza night with my family since it's so close by. Guess I'm going back to Dominos unfortunately"

"Service was terrible! The guy slides my pizza across the table when I had the stand for pizza on the table. We were dining in. He had headphones in walks away. Didn't give us plates or napkins. I walk to the corner and he is making pizza so I grab 3 plate. He got passed and yelled at me. Cheese slid off the pizza because the way he slide it across the table. Won't go back. The store also was not clean, outside or inside."

"Worst experience while vacationing with my family. I ordered several pizzas from this location and ask if I could have 4 plates. The associate who was helping me was getting them for me when the night manager I assume on 7/17 told the associate not to give me plates. He then tells me to go to Winn Dixie and get your own plates. I was taken back by the rudeness of the manager in this establishment. He should be fired if this is the customer service he gives and the example he leads for the associates under him. In response to your request to contact you via Facebook or twitter. I’ve already escalated the matter to your headquarters after my experience and they will contact you for further information."

"The pizza is pretty good, but the wait time was ridiculous for our one pizza we ordered via online pickup. It took about 25-30 minutes to get it. Who I think might be the manager or owner gave us some garlic cups to make up for the wait which was really nice, but still shouldn’t have taken that long. Also, the cashier didn’t seem to know what was going on…"

"Pizza is normally very good. In this case...We ordered delivery and they let us know that it would take about hour. 2 hours later and a Luke warm pizza made everyone mad and very irritable. You’re better off picking it up yourself and don’t order around dinner time."
