"Good, reasonably-priced food with flavor. We had oyster shooters, fish and chips, crab claws, and bread pudding with a yummy glaze. We tried crab claws at other local restaurants and liked Acme Oyster House's crab claws the most. Great service. The waitress was helpful with menu selections, had a great personality and was attentive. Location is in a plaza, not on the water. Restaurant appeared clean and decor nicely themed. Overall good experience."

"I have had raw oysters before but had never had charbroiled oysters until the bartender made the recommendation. These were bar far the best oyster’s I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back."

"We really enjoyed our meal here. We ordered two fish and shrimp platters, a shrimp platter, a chopped steak, and jambalaya. All were excellent. Will definitely go back when we can. Cocktail sauce and tarter sauce were fantastic. If you like hush puppies, these are great. Please give me a "like" if my review helped."

"My wife love love love chargrilled oysters from Acme Oyster House Destin. This was our first time here at this location but we could not have been more excited when we saw the sign while behind our resort the Ariel 2. Super fresh oysters, great tasting sweet tea, and great service at the bar."

"We were able to cross Acme Oyster House off our Destin bucket list during a late afternoon when they were not as busy. I forgot our server's name, but she was very welcoming, helpful in making recommendations, and regularly checking up on us. We ordered both the raw and chargilled oysters. The spicy cocktail sauce that comes with the raw is VERY spicy--just the way I like it! And I especially enjoyed the gooey, cheesey chargrilled oysters with herb butter sauce. The Bread Pudding Milk Punch cocktail is also a winner. The only item that didn't quite tickle my fancy was the oyster shot. I'm typically used to it having other ingredients such as horseradish, lemon and pepper, but this one had very little cocktail sauce and tasted like straight up vodka."
