"Wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered the big New Yorker which, comes with pepperoni, that is how it is advertised. But we got a giant cheese pizza. Never once have we ordered the big new Yorker and only got cheese but the guy on the phone told us we messed up. No solution, barely spoke, we waited in silence for him to even understand what we were saying."
"Ordered a pizza to be delivered today and it took 2 hours. Ordered it at 10:30 a.m. when they opened. No one seemed to know what was going on when we tried to call and find out where our food was. Will not go back. Big thumbs down"
"Our pizza was hot, fresh, delicious & full of toppings. The Manager who waited on me was friendly. The issue is...There was an EMPLOYEE SMOKING WHAT SMELLES TO BE A CIGAR RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. So horrible to have to walk through that to get our food!!"

The driver told us he had inadvertently cut one of the pizzas a different way than we had requested and offered to give back his tip. Of course we didn't let him give it back, but were impressed with his sincerity about a detail with our order. We appreciate the dedication to excellence in every way."
