"We had to deal with Lynn Evans, a real estate agent with this company for the past 5 months and it was awful. At first she was sweet and tried to ask us to do things such as make keys for the apartment and suggested putting a lockbox on the door. I was okay with these things initially but realized she was just being manipulative. After doing research on tenant laws, it states to NEVER allow this in a tenant occupied property. She demanded things get done and didn't consider us tenants at all. She would try to schedule around our schedules but if we couldn't accommodate she would just say that they had keys to the property anyways. She would also schedule appointments and the other tenants and I would make arrangements, just to have them be cancelled last minute. Sometimes she wouldn't even tell us. Honestly, its been the worst 5 months I have ever experienced in all the years I have been a renter. What made it worse was that she was trying to be considerate but her peers in her office thought she was "being too nice" and said they wouldn't have even tried to work around our schedule. She seemed desperate to make a sale so I honestly felt bad for her. She was overall decent, but I would never choose her or her company as my agent."

"DO NOT HIRE>>AN AGENT FROM HERE WAS not to show my property on a certain day. Had not showings and the one day I told her I could not show she went behind my back set appointments when my home was temporarily off market for a couple of days. I was in a car accident and than she wrote a demand letter telling me to sign saying I blocked her from showings and demanded 1% of my home. THis is after she told me she had a gun because she was an ex stripper on drugs and her ex just got out of prison for attempted murder beat a woman into a coma and thought he might go to her open houses.."
