Hollander Hotel St. Petersburg / Downtown

"We stayed last weekend and this is a beautiful and very friendly place to stay. The Location is excellent, the staff was very accommodating and excellent as well. The Bar and Grill was very nice and having the Shuttle to the local sites was very nice as well. The rooms where clean as the Hotel is very clean itself. The only Complaint we have is that the beds where like sleeping on a board, they where very hard so if you can bring a topper if you do not like a bed that's as hard as a board, other than that we where very happy."

"The overall vibe of the hotel is great. The area felt safe and was in a decent location to walk to everywhere you want to go in the downtown area. Because it is so quaint, noise travels easily. If there is anyone above you or in the hallway, you’ll hear it. The rooms are extremely dated and the beds are uncomfortable. I had rain coming in through the bathroom window Had hit or miss experiences with food at the restaurant. All that said, the staff here are exceptional. Front desk, waitstaff/hosts, housekeeping…all EXTREMELY hospitable and friendly. As mentioned above there was some rain during my stay, and the employees here were hustling to escort departing guests with umbrellas and such and kept great attitudes despite being soaking wet from working in the downpour. If you don’t spend a lot of time in your room, this is a great choice."

"We were so happy with our stay! This is such a cute hotel. It’s clean and comfy, the shower is nice and hot, and the staff are awesome. The front desk helped us with parking and bottles of water are complimentary. We had a late check in so the kitchen was closed, but the kind gentleman at the front gave us an amazing dinner suggestion. We enjoyed everything about this place. I’m staying here every time I’m in St. Pete! Thanks Hollander!"

"We booked the Hollander for a long weekend for my daughter's wedding in late Nov. early Dec. 2023. We had a tremendous experience with the facility. The event planner Aaron Waite and my front desk contact Chris K were both amazing to work with. We had a welcome party for our guests one night and Aaron along with Chef and the great service staff treated us like family. We truly felt at home staying there and continue to get rave reviews today from our guests on how much they enjoyed the hotel. The facility itself is a great boutique hotel with a comfortable and enjoyable vibe. The food and drink were excellent. Again, I can't say enough how amazing all of the staff were to interact with. From the front desk, restaurant, both bars, management and cleaning staff, all were friendly and helpful throughout our staff. Hats off to the complete Hollander team. Thank you again for a memorable weekend. We will never forget, and we will definitely be back."
