"DO NOT!! Just don’t do it. Do not rent a room. The desk clerk was nice but that’s about the most decent thing about this place w. This pics on the website are a lie. This place was filthy and Infested with roaches. Had mold on the ceiling and walls. There was no bedding and the floors were terrible. I cannot believe they haven’t been shut down. There is no way this place is up to code. Only one light in the whole room worked. We walked in and walked right back out to be refunded. We didnt even touch anything after turning on the light. I promise it’s not worth the money even if your on a budget. Spend the extra $20 and get a better room. The night clerk was nice and I sincerely thank him for not giving a hard time about the refund considering it was less then 5 minutes from checking in to checking out. I couldn’t imagine bringing a child to sleep there. Just Don’t do it. Look elsewhere, I have never seen such a filthy room. I’m sorry I would just hate to see someone waste their money. I wish I would have taken pictures."

"Decent place to stay on a budget. Friendly staff and tenants (for the most part) and pretty quiet in the evening. It's got some roaches and the rooms definitely need a facelift, but if you're struggling financially this place is good. It's only 3 stars because of the quality of the rooms and it's amenities, but it's distance to restaurants and stores is great! Skyway bridge, South Saint Pete, and Saint Pete Beach are fairly close. So, if you need a place to stay and don't have a lot of money, I recommend it."
