"Douthat Flooring installed new floors for us in July of 2021. Eighteen months later, we noticed a spot on one of the planks. Tom Douthat personally drove out all the way from Clearwater to our house in Valrico. Once he looked at the spot, he agreed that it was "something" in the plank itself. Without hesitation, he removed the bad plank and replaced it with one of the extras we had left over from the original job. Even after two hours driving roundtrip and close to an hour to switch out the bad plank, Tom did not want any money at all from us (I insisted on giving him gas money, which he reluctantly accepted). I cannot say enough good things about Tom Douthat - he is a Prince of a man! I recommend Douthat Flooring to everyone who will listen to me!"
