"We contracted again with Bay Tile to do some renovations in our kitchen. We used them about 10 years ago for a shower remodel in the main bathroom. Again, we were very pleased with the outcome of the project. It was nice to go to the showroom and see the same professionals still there. Ken was our designer. He designed cabinets exactly how we imagined we wanted them. He was with us every step of the way and kept in contact with updates and further suggestions. Each time we visited the store, we were greeted warmly by Denise who runs the showroom. Trina came out to inspect the progress of the project. She kept her promises on timeframes for completion. Each crew that came to do their part were friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves when they left for the day. The crews did quality work on the drywall and carpentry of the cabinets. Fit and finish are perfect. This company stands by their products, workmanship, and their customers.
