"This is a follow-up to a previous review with Home Love Construction. The initial review was for Home Love's landscape designer Janelle who did a wonderful patio/yard design for us. After the design was complete, our sales rep Dmittri ("Dima") worked with us to build a quote and create a plan. He was very responsive and easy to get ahold of and worked very hard to make sure that we were pleased the overall plan. He worked with our budget to find ways to divide the design into phases so that we could begin moving forward creating our dream yard one small step at a time. He laid out many options for us and was very patient and flexible as we tried to figure out what would work best for us. We have since completed "phase 1", which included removing an old deck and adding pavers over a portion of the yard. It looks great and we are very excited to move forward with "phase 2"! "I experienced a lot of frustration and delays until my project manager, Rich, got involved with what should be a simple backyard project (Renaissance free standing patio structure with pavers). He has been very responsive, professional and taken time to keep me updated as to progress going forward now that the job has finally started. There was a lengthy delay with getting the permit from Pinellas County, but the permit tech, Dimitri, was very diligent and persistent in getting the permit issued. He has also been very responsive and great at communicating with me to keep me in the loop. Both he and Rich remained professional in spite of me unloading my frustrations on them.
