"Ordered food with the app Fridy Ed v Ed ning. 3 burgers and a shake. Paid inside the app as required to place an order. Went to the drive up window. Food was ready, but the young girl said she couldn't make a as hake! I asked for the $4 refund. She said as he couldn't do that. Told me to do it through the app. No way to do that. So I left a customer complaint. No word back from corporate. Makes hamburgers there very expensive."
"I can't have bread. It's not a choice being gluten intolerant. I asked to have food put in a bowl or box without a bun and the reply was that it could not be done. They were able to accomodate me in the past, I'm curious as to what has changed."
"Food was horrible. Ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich and bacon egg and cheese. Was prepared terrible and you changed your eggs from scrambled to fried. Horrible. I loved Hardee's breakfast before now. It was my favorite at one time. Not anymore. Sad."
"I think they have different prices on their menus for every store. I was charged almost $4 for large sweet tea and yet they're advertising for $2.20 an $ 2.98. Some prices are higher than others depending on location. Overall food is fairly good. Service wasn't bad. They were pretty guick..an courteous. Just have to check prices before you order a guess that way you don't get overcharge !!"
"Good food typical for Hardee's. Interior and exterior are clean. Bathroom is clean but old and feels a bit greasy. Tater tots were perfect. Biscuits are much better than competitors but Sausage isn't as good. They have biscuits and Gravy worth paying for. Staff is busy and seems to be more concerned with drive through. If driving through, they get people through quickly."
