"2nd time I’ve came and went home and my burger was raw in a 2 week period and I went back and they said sorry it’s there grill"

"Ordered from kiosk and waited longer than normal to get food. Missing were 2 items from order. When I went to retrieve missing items, employees busy with drive thru orders and they were oblivious to anyone standing at the counter. Made a couple more trips back to counter to ask for ketchup since order came with only 2 packs. Another trip to ask for straws for milk containers. There are no condiments out for you to self serve. There aren’t even napkins out, you have to go to the counter and beg for those too. I won’t be back. Wendy’s will get my business"

"This has now happened twice where I ask for no onions so they sarcastically just put them in between the meat where the cheese is so it gets sandwiched in the cheese to where I can't even remove them. It's disgusting. If you can't make a burger with no onions then let me know before I buy it."

"Horrible service all the way around the board. All they care about is that drive thru. They'll give you the wrong things and have an attitude when you inform them. It used to be a awesome and diverse environment. Now it's horrible and has gone downhill. No one is ever at the front counter. Maybe if they have better attitudes to offer their workers they'll have more staff. Ms.Dawn (the old manager) is very much missed! With this new lady you can tell that all the workers are either her close friends or her son's and their spouses. The food is a hit and miss and honestly isn't worth the hassle."

"Decent place. Workers completely ignore the front desk but the robots work well. Clean bathrooms. Nice atmosphere."
