Burger King

"I've been a long life fan of Burger King I can tell you this one in Green Cove Springs definitely does not have the UPS like the rest of the stores. My wife ordered food to drive through and she repeated herself twice it's obvious that whoever took my wife's order was not paying attention to her job so when my wife got home with the food for my kids the food and the entire order was all wrong we live 10 miles away and with a baby so we were unable to go back. My professional opinion the store needs a reboot this is very unsatisfaction and now my kids are going to not want to go back to Burger King here in Green Cove Springs something needs to give that was a well worth 50 bucks down the drain. Oh and just to let y'all know that they do not give the receipts either but I have them on my bank card and if I got to share price I will."

"We came through the drive-through at a slow time and they asked us to park because they were making our order fresh. The young man who took our order and paid us out was very polite and friendly, and they didn't take that long to bring the order to us. Everything was very hot and well made!"

"We got a whooper,fries,and 2 double cheese burgers, fries. I always get the double cheese burgers when I eat at a burger king. Well, I got home with the food started eating and crunch something crunchy was in my burgers. So stopped eating opened the bun the burgers were like they had been setting out all day long .so took the food back asked for the manager and she responded very quickly made new food with her employee in the kitchen. This food should have never been served to anyone this was not a good dission on the workers part. hope she gets this straight with the employees."

"I ordered a double whopper without the bread. I asked at the window if they had put lettuce, tomato, onion on the burger and I was told that they had. I’m so sick of spending money at places where the people making the food don’t care. What’s crazy is a few weeks ago, I ordered the same thing and it was perfect. Not to mention, the gentleman who walked outside to smoke a cigarette where the entire drive thru line could see him. Just close up, Burger King."

"I waited 10 minutes to even get a person on the register to take my order. Multiple other costumers were complaining saying “my nuggets were hard.” “You forgot this.” This Burger King is the worst I have EVER been to. No one cares about the food quality and service here. It’s so bad. Yeah they only have 4 people working but still you can do better than that. The floor was absolutely sticky. I’m very dissatisfied with Burger King. It took me 20 minutes for my food to get done."
