"We ordered food online. My husband went to pick up the store was close. The website say they are open till 11 pm. When my husband went to pick up the food it was 7 pm. We can’t get in touch with anyone ."

"My sandwich had ingredients on it that were not supposed to be on it. I also asked for each half to be wrapped separately and did not receive that. The macadamia nut cookie was extremely hard. I am not pleased with my order. I don’t know if I would go to this location again or order from this location again"

"I got a foot long All American sub, chips and large drink at both the Green Cove Springs and this location. No changing anything and this location charged $3.00+ over the Green Cove Springs location. I do not recommend ever coming to this location and I will never come back."

"With the force of Ian coming in hot I have to say, to the young high schoolers running the store… Great job!! It’s not easy having this many orders barked at you. The staff was amazing, the food was great and the fast pace made it even better! Thank you for serving this town and being able to keep up with the crazy before the storm."

"I placed an order for 12 inch Buffalo chicken sub. This was a to go order that I picked up and when I got home i discovered it was not wrapped in paper or anything it was just in the brown bag and all smashed into a ball versus a 12 inch sub. The last two times I’ve ordered from there it’s been young kids working with a lot of kids up there playing and goofing off. I don’t think management cares about the store anymore. I’m all forgiving young people jobs but these are just that jobs they’re being paid to perform a service that we’re not getting."
