The Sally specialist/clerk greeted me, then gave me her full attention after she politely excused herself to ring up some other customers who were waiting. She listened to my concerns, helped me pick a product that met my wish/need list, and gave me a few tips on use. I signed up for an account while I was in the store, and I plan to go back to this location in the future."

"I didn't get the name of the person working this morning (6/7/23) but I walked in with an orange and yellow home bleach job and got the toner she recommended (not what I was looking for at all) and my hair looks great! "Do NOT shop at this sallys location. Upon arrival to pick up a product I called in for, one of their workers with emerald green hair was rushing out the door and smacked me in the face with the door, like she didn’t even notice me coming in. Due to the glare on the windows I couldn’t see inside, but walking out of the store she should’ve seen me. She said “welcome” and turned around and walked out to her car with no apologies for remorse for what she did. When I came inside, with a headache, I got to purchase my items and the manager was very rude and talked to me like i wasn’t comprehending the prices from professional verse the 30% off sale on my items. Very rude and upsetting day at Sally Beauty in village sq. This store has always had terrible employees and managers. I’ve never had helpful service and they just want to steal your money. Don’t waste your time. I will be driving across town to get my items. I will NEVER return here or recommend anyone coming to this location."
