"Had an appointment but was turned away by the office manager (Kat) who actually stated in her own words actually that the Dr. would not see me b/c they were only seeing patients that were long term opiate patients which I'm not and don't plan to be but am dealing with 13 broken bones and multiple surgeries. I was recently in a motor cycle accident but was using my blue cross insurance and not auto insurance/PIP which is what they are looking for in my opinion. Imagine an office manager turning you away without any weigh in from the physician. Bad news and the rudest/most unprofessional operation I've seen on the medical side."

"I really enjoyed Dr. Shah he is the best provider I had in a long time. He is very attentive and knowledgeable and the staff is pretty nice. The only issue I had was communication when I needed a referral for physical therapy which I have had an issue with for months and kept being told some one was going to get back with me which never happened. Unfortunately I have to find a new provider where I feel my needs are being met. Other than that Dr Shah and D'Acosta are the best."

"Dr Logan is absolutely amazing and 5*. She takes time, listens, and provides exceptional quality medical care. I literally recommend her 100%. The front office, nurses, and techs are fabulous. I only provide 3* because the referral department is horrific. I've tried to personally rectify my concerns directly with Carla in referrals and with the Office Manager. I get zero response. I happen to be a disabled woman with complex neurological issues and my specialists are mandatory for my health. It's sad that I must leave such a great Dr because I love the care she provides."

Every single member of the staff was professional, efficient, kind and compassionate. Jessica Einwag Arnold, APRN, and Dr. Shah provided a thorough and detailed history. They spent quite a long time addressing all of my concerns and questions, and they immediately began coordinating diagnostic tests and specialists. Additionally, many processes/procedures have been implemented in the office to deal with COVID. It’s obvious they spent much time and training to ensure patient safety. I felt completely comfortable attending an in-person appointment. I am extremely impressed with the excellent coordinated care I received, and I strongly recommend this practice!"

"Jessica was the Nurse Practitioner that took care of me on this visit, although all the people there seem to care a lot, and she was great. She ask me all the standard questions, answered them professionally and never rushed the visit. I was very impressed with the questions she ask me to me sure of my health needs and of any possible problems. I have been going to Anchor Medical for over eight years now and have never been disappointed in the people or the services there. I would, and have, recommended them to many of my neighbors and friends."
